Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Skyveta. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons, including but not limited to: intimate-use products, opened consumables, and items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout.

How to Start a Return

Email skyveta.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an address, if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at skyveta.support@gmail.com.
