Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Skyveta is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and reach out to us at skyveta.support@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address — we can only make changes before the order ships.
